I’m Krystalore Crews—a retired 22-year Air Force veteran, former NFL cheerleader, marathon runner, coach, retreat leader, and doctoral student in Somatic Psychology.
Through life’s challenges, transitions, and new beginnings, I’ve learned that taking care of ourselves is about so much more than fitness.
It’s about the habits we build, the confidence we develop, the experiences we create, and the people who walk alongside us.
