# Krystalore — beyond limits

Krystalore Crews was wheelchair-bound in the middle of an NFL season with a rare form of rheumatoid arthritis, then came back to run 28 marathons and a 50-mile race. Her M.O.V.E. method (mindfulness, nutrition, movement and active recovery) keeps people moving mentally, physically, spiritually and connected to community. Coach, speaker, cancer survivor and 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran.
