How to join Krystalore when she’s LIVE

When Krystalore goes live, a big red LIVE banner appears at the top of the app. Tap Join now, allow your camera and microphone, and you’re in. Here is every step, for phone and computer, in plain words.

No downloads. No passwords to remember. If you get stuck, step 7 has the fixes.

  1. Step 1: Look for the red LIVE banner, then tap “Join now”

    When Krystalore starts, a big red banner with her photo slides in at the top of the app — on every page. You don’t have to refresh or search.

    Tap Join now. That’s the quick link straight into her live room.

    How do I join?

  2. Step 2: Type your first name and email

    The live room opens. It asks for your first name (so Krystalore can greet you) and your email. If it’s already filled in, just check it’s right.

    📱 On a phone or iPadTap the box, type, then tap Next or Done on your keyboard.

    💻 On a computerClick in the box and type. Press Tab to move to the next box.

  3. Step 3: Allow your camera and microphone

    Your phone or computer asks permission. Press Allow. This is safe — it only lets this page use them, and you still decide when they’re on.

    📱 On a phone or iPadiPhone/iPad: a box says “krystalore.com would like to access the camera / microphone” — tap Allow. Android: tap Allow (or While using the site).

  4. Step 4: “Test your microphone and test your video”

    Before you go in, the room checks your sound and picture. It takes about 20 seconds. When it says “Mic and camera ready”, you’re set.

    Want to just listen? Leave it on Join muted — that’s the normal way to arrive.

    💻 On a computerSay hello and watch the green bar. Pick a different microphone or camera from the list if the bar doesn’t move.

  5. Step 5: Press Join — you’re in

    You’ll see Krystalore in the middle of the screen and a row of buttons along the bottom. You arrive with your microphone off and camera off — nobody sees or hears you until you choose.

    If the screen says “joining shortly”, she’s getting ready. Stay on the page — it lets you in by itself.

  6. Step 6: Unmute, turn on your video, or chat

    • 🎙 Unmute — tap it to talk. Tap again (Mute) when you’re done.
    • 📷 Start Video — tap it so Krystalore can see you. Stop Video turns it off.
    • 💬 Chat — type a message to everyone. Tap Chat again to close it.
    • 🚪 Leave — when you’re finished. You can come back any time while she’s live.

  7. Step 7: If it doesn’t work, try these — in order

    1. Refresh the page. Phone: pull the page down, or tap ↻. Computer: press the ↻ button next to the address bar.
    2. Switch to Chrome or Safari. Opening the link from Facebook, Instagram or an email app sometimes blocks the camera. Copy krystalore.app into Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android, computer).
    3. Camera or microphone blocked? Computer: click the 🔒 lock (or camera icon) in the address bar → Allow camera and microphone → refresh. iPhone/iPad: Settings → Safari → Camera → Allow, and Microphone → Allow. Android: tap the 🔒 lock → Permissions → allow both.
    4. Use the Zoom app instead. In the room, tap “Open in the Zoom app instead”. It opens the same live session in Zoom (download it free if asked).
    5. Still stuck? Message us from Support in the app, or email krystalore@thecrewscoach.com — tell us what you see and what phone or computer you’re using.

Don’t see the LIVE banner?

Make sure you’re signed in at krystalore.app. The banner only shows inside the app.

Some sessions are for one program. If the top of the app says “Krystalore is live for … members”, that session is for that membership — it isn’t on your plan yet.

Closed it by mistake? Tap the small red LIVE button at the top of the app and it comes right back.

Questions people ask

How do I know when Krystalore is live?
Open krystalore.app and sign in. When she goes live, a big red banner that says “Krystalore is LIVE now” appears at the very top within a few seconds. You don’t need to refresh.
Do I need the Zoom app?
No. Her live room opens right in your web browser (Chrome or Safari work best). The Zoom app is only a back-up.
Will people see me?
You join with your microphone off and your camera off. Nobody sees or hears you until you turn them on.
I closed the banner by mistake. How do I get it back?
Tap the small red LIVE button at the top of the app. The banner comes back.
